Neuro-Symbolic AI combines neural networks (for understanding language) with symbolic reasoning systems (for applying rules with mathematical certainty). Reshuffle.AI's Reasonex applies a deterministic, symbolic reasoning layer over the domain's governed rules — so reasoning is mathematically necessary, not statistically probable.

What we collect

We collect personal data that you give us directly. We do not buy personal data, and we do not collect it from third parties.

When you request trial access to our products, we collect:

your name
your email address
your organisation, if you provide it
your mobile number, if you provide it
which of our products you are interested in

When you contact us through the website or by email, we collect whatever information you choose to include in your message.

Our website uses Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand which pages are visited and where visitors come from. Umami sets no cookies and collects no personal data: it does not store IP addresses or any identifier that could single you out, and the statistics we see are aggregate only. We do not use advertising cookies or any other third-party tracking, and the website sets no cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

to set up and support your access to our products
to respond to your enquiries
to contact you about our products and services, where you have consented to this
to keep records we are required to keep

We do not use your personal data for any other purpose without asking you first.

Consent

Where we ask for your consent, we tell you what you are consenting to at the point we ask, and we keep a record of the wording you were shown.

If you consented to us contacting you by email, telephone or WhatsApp, you can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to contact@reshuffleai.com. We will act on your withdrawal within ten working days and will confirm when we have done so. Withdrawing consent to marketing contact does not affect our ability to contact you about a product you are actively using.

Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide a service to you. If that is the case, we will tell you before acting on the withdrawal.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data.

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. These currently include:

Hostinger, our website and email hosting provider

We require these providers to protect personal data and to use it only for the purposes we specify.

We may also disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law, or in connection with legal proceedings.

Where your data is held

Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger. Personal data may be held on servers outside Singapore, including in the United States, where our web servers are located. Where personal data is held outside Singapore, we require the recipient to protect it to a standard comparable to the Personal Data Protection Act.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or for as long as we are required to keep it by law.

Trial enquiry records are kept for 24 months from the date of collection, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is earlier.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. These include access controls, storing records outside publicly accessible locations, and limiting access to staff who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may ask us:

for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year
to correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete
to withdraw consent you have previously given
to delete personal data we no longer need

Write to contact@reshuffleai.com. We will respond within thirty days. If we cannot respond within that time, we will tell you when we will.

We may charge a reasonable fee for an access request, and will tell you the amount before proceeding. There is no fee for correction or withdrawal.
